Season Opening Curtain Raiser

The season is finally upon us! The kit must be dusted, the bats are to be oiled and the wives are to be convinced.

We are kicking off the season with the Chairman’s XI vs President’s XI on Saturday. The game starts at 1130 sharp, so please try get down and show your support.

There will be a braai and food available to buy on the day. We will also be showing the big Bok game after the cricket.

There is also a formal gathering after the rugby: We are having an official opening of the season this year to welcome the club to new and existing sponsors and present the new and improved PCC playing kit. There may also be a 1st team squad announcement and the introduction of our leader for this upcoming season.

It is a great chance for everyone to see the change that has been happening behind the scenes this year.

The beer and cane will be cold and fresh as always at the hallowed bar. As per usual there will be the local array of minor and major celebrities including but not limited to CEO Barney de Klerk, Steve “Lime Cap” Westraad and Andre “Kakbat” Coetzer.
